The input and output of tools is only possible through electronic approval via the eBox software.

Through the rights management of the eBox, certain functions, such as the filling or removal of tools, can be enabled for qualified staff.

All data relevant to stockkeeping are stored in the eBox database and inventoried. For each tool, all stored information is available at any time.

By keeping track of each transaction, the eBox allows analysis of tool usage and volume.

Since every removal and filling is registered, the eBox automatically takes inventory. In addition, minimum stocks and order intervals can be set up in which the eBox automatically sends consumption information to the supplier by e-mail (For this function, the eBox must be connected to the Internet.)
