The portfolio includes diameter and corner radius combinations from Ø0.6 mm. Conically reinforced variants increase stability. Versions for large overhangs allow for the machining of deep areas.

Designed for machining hardened tool steels up to 65 HRC (e.g., 1.2343, 1.2379). The tool is also suitable for soft and tempered tool steels (e.g., 1.2312, 1.2738) as well as stainless, chromium-containing steels such as 1.2083 or 1.4301.

Ideally suited for roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing of complex geometries such as ribs and contours. The tool design supports universal machining of die casting molds and dies. It enables process-secure machining of deep rib structures and complex hardened components.
